Dortmund Airport has one terminal that handles all arrivals and departures. Domestic airlines include Air Berlin and Lufthansa. There are 21 airlines that operate at Dortmund and the airport continues to expand. Destinations served include London, Paris, Prague and Berlin.
Dortmund Airport is very modern with a fine choice of restaurants and good facilities.
The information desk can be found on the departures level of Terminal A. A convenience shop is also located on the departures level, while a chocolate shop is located on the arrivals level and a duty-free store is situated after security in Departures.
There are five different restaurants scattered around the airport for passengers' convenience. There are also some travel agents located in the Gallery on Level 2.
ATMs and bureaux de change can be found in the terminal as well as phone card and coin-operated telephones. WLAN Internet services are available to passengers who buy prepaid cards at the information desk. The airport has three conference rooms that can be reserved, which are located in the Gallery.
Disabled passengers are well catered for at Dortmund Airport with adapted toilets, lifts and special telephones. Extra assistance is available on request. Disabled parking is located in front of the terminal and in all car parks except P7.
