Transport options from Dortmund Airport include taxis, shuttle buses and buses. Railway and underground train services are also easily accessible from the airport, with stations just a short bus or taxi ride away. Bus and shuttle bus stops are situated to the left of the main Departures entrance.

Taxis are also on hand just outside the terminal. Alternatively, passengers not wishing to travel by taxi or shuttle bus can choose to hire a car and explore the region via the extensive motorway system that surrounds Dortmund.

Airport Parking Facilities

Short-term, long-term and disabled parking is available at Dortmund Airport. There are a total of six car parks with more than 3,600 parking spaces. Short-term parking is free for the first 20 minutes. Car parks P1, P2, P4 and P5 are for short-stay to mid-stay parking. For long-term parking, head to P6 or P7 for lower rates. Car parks P4 to P7 are linked to the terminal by a free bus service. Payment for the car parks can be made at pay stations.

Disabled passengers are catered for with reserved parking spaces that are conveniently located in front of the terminal. Disabled parking spaces are also available in every car park except P7.
